 Push Error Access Denied 80070005
Solution Overview
A problem occurs where the client is unable to authenticate against a Windows Media Service.

Symptoms:

- Cannot connect to Publishing Point
- Receive "Access Denied" or Error Code "80070005"

Problem
The problem is that by default, Windows Server sets a Group Policy to Enforce Windows Accounts to change their account password.

Resolution
1. Open Active Directory Users & Computers
2. Right click your domain name and select "Properties"
3. Select the "Group Policy" tab, select "Default Domain Policy" or the highest applied policy and select "Edit".
4. Navigate through Computer Configuration -> Windows Settings -> Security Settings -> Account Policies -> Password Policy
5. Set "Maximum Password Age" to "0" which implies to never expire.

Security Advise
It is recommended to change your account passwords regularly, we advise applying such a setting ONLY to the Organisational unit or Group of your Cast-Control Windows Media Services Integration.
